High Wycombe
£35,000 - £45,000
23 days annual leave + expenses + medical insurance + pension

The Company:
With contracts with multiple globally renowned household brands and various industry awards and accreditations, my client is one of the biggest names in AV providing coverage across a variety of sectors.
With other 100 UK employees, they are now expanding further and looking for experienced audio visual engineers and technicians to join their team.
Brief Overview of Role:
To provide remote technical support to both the service team and any clients to resolve any potential issues that arise quickly and effectively.
Duties:
- 1st line technical support to clients, service engineers and customer service team.
- Investigate any reported faults and solve clients issues quickly and effectively.
- Management of supplier relationships including repairs and returns of any faulty equipment.
- Act as a point of escalation for recurring issues and be willing to attend clients sites to resolve issues where necessary.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in servicing AV systems.
Package:
- £35K - £45K salary depending on experience.
