Position: M&E Site Supervisor

Location: Kings Cross area of London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £46,000 to £48,000

We are looking for an experienced Lead M&E Engineer for a Technical Site Supervisor position based in the Kings Cross area.

This position will be working on a very prestigious site, managing a team of 4 engineers as well as dealing with hands on technical issues. This role will be managing the maintenance over 10 floors as well as dealing with all compliance, client meetings, managing sla's and staff rotas.

This role will include dealing with

• Pipework Systems & Valves
• Pumps/Motors
• AHU Plant & Extract Fans including filter checks & replacements.
• Fan Coils- servicing and fault finding
• TMV temperature checks and annual clean
• General lighting checks
• Small electrical remedial works and upgrades
• Basic electrical fault finding
• EML flick test and Annual 3 hour discharge done via Simmtronic System
• BMS monitoring alarms, general operation/adjustments (Trend IQ Vision)
• Fire Damper activate/test

Requirements

• Experience as a Lead/ Supervising M&E Engineer
• Must hold a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification.
• Commutable to Kings Cross
• Must have experience managing large sites.

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• Overtime available
• Pension
• 25 days holiday
