Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £46,000
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a large static site based in Farringdon.
This position is working on a two man site, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance that will include all mechanical and electrical plant
We would like this engineer to have a strong mechanical background as they will be supporting an electrical bias engineer.
This site will be manned from 7am until 7pm, so the engineers do rotate to accommodate this.
Requirements
- Strong working background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- Good team player
- At least a level 2 qualification within building services (mechanical or electrical)
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Happy to work on a static site
- Ability to cover on a rota system
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension
- No on call
