My client is known globally for the world class events and experiences they provide to their customers, over 40 years in the industry! My client has many different venues where brands and products are launched. Venue hosts world class music, sport, comedy and family events including Jay Z, Rihanna, Beyoncé, One Direction, Horse of the Year Show, Arenacross and WWE.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Events to join the team in one of the venues. You will be required to manage the team and variety of different events including televised events, corporate conferences, large scale exhibitions and hybrid. You will be working in a team with 7-10 members so leadership skills are essential to ensure the team are managed and events our delivered to the highest of standards!

Experience and skills required:

• Must have management experience.
• NEBOSH background
• Health and safety management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational venue
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to organise and plan events within a time scale.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must have exceptional knowledge in audio-visual products.
• Experience and knowledge in running live events.
