Position: Junior Level Contracts Engineer / Manager

Location: based in a commutable distance to Dartford

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £50,000 subject to experience level

We are looking to take on a Contracts Engineer/ Contracts Manager at a junior level to grow with a very well established building services company.

This position will be suitable for someone that is looking to step up within the building services industry or already have experience as a contract manager.

This person will be supporting the senior contracts manager with his current contracts as well as new projects that may be in the pipeline. They need to have some technical building services experience (mechanical or electrical) as well as some experience with site surveys, risk assessments, health and safety, quotations as well as technical support.

This position will be partly based out of the Dartford office as well as travelling into London and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Experienced within the service side of the building services industry
• Good technical knowledge
• Experience in completing site surveys, risk assessments etc
• Looking for a first step position into management
• Full UK driving licence
• A building services qualification is preferred
