Position: Static Fabric Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: From £25,000 to £28,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced commercial Fabric Engineer for a static site based in Milton Keynes

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on site that will include; painting, carpet tiles, basic plumbing, water testing, patch plastering as well as other maintenance duties

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance. They need to be happy to put their hand to most of the sites maintenance but are supported for the more technical work

This is a Monday to Friday full time position. Due to it being a static site, we do not require a car driver.

Requirements

• Experience as a Fabric Engineer
• Working experience on commercial sites
• Able to deal with plumbing, painting, carpentry etc
• Based in a commutable distance to Milton Keynes
• A level 2 qualification in carpentry, plumbing, plastering would be preferred
• Happy to work full time on site hours

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• Monday to Friday position
• Pension
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
