Position: Lead Building Services Engineer

Location: Kings Cross area of London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £48,000 to £50,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Lead position at a very prestigious site based in Kings Cross

This site holds a multi national company with a very high end client base

We are looking for a Lead Engineer with a strong building services maintenance background to manage a team of 3 Engineers, Sub contractors, onsite health and safety, holidays and rotas as well as being the person that communicates directly with the client

The person we need will have a strong technical background in building services maintenance and have moved up into a lead or supervisory position. They need to be able to also work on electrical and mechanical repairs that will include lighting, fan coil maintenance, plant rooms, bms, hot and cold water etc.

Requirements

• Strong working background in building services maintenance
• Experience as a lead or supervising engineer
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to work as a multi skilled engineer when required
• Based in a commutable distance to Kings Cross
• Ability to conduct client meetings
• Small quotations, risk assessments, health and safety and staff rotas

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• Potential for some out of hours overtime
• Pension
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
