Senior Sales Engineer (HVAC)
Location: London / South East
£45,000 to £60,000 DOE. OTE £15,000, Car allowance or Co car, Heath care, iPhone, Laptop
25 days holiday plus BH, pension.
We are a long-established HVAC manufacturing company, with over 100 years’ experience in the industry. We have a real passion for bringing energy usage and costs down, and this is something we are always bringing to our clients, as industry leaders within cleaner and greener equipment. Due to expansion we looking to recruit a proven salesperson, with extensive knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, refrigerators, and in-depth knowledge of anything Co2 related, would be hugely desirable. Ideally the candidate would be based in and around London or the southeast, however between London and the midlands would be considered also.
The Role:
- Hybrid role, working from home, seeing clients but you’re welcome to work from the office.
- Self-generating new business, however, hot leads will be provided.
- Managing and maintaining existing customers.
- Site visits to clients
- liaising with other teams, i.e. sales support, tech team.
- Bias towards London and the southeast, going up as north as south Midlands.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be a proven salesperson, within the HVAC industry – with figures to show this ideally.
- Experienced with selling into retail and end users would be desirable.
- A good level of technical knowledge on the above systems.
- Knowledge on all things Co2 and the advantage that it can bring to our clients.
- Working towards KPI’s
- Confident doing site visits and the ability to do presentations to clients, and if needed the management team.
- Being able to do efficient reports for management.
In Return:
- If you feel you have the required skill set to exceed within this role, then in return we are prepared to pay up to £60,000 per year, an OTE of £75,000 per year plus car allowance or a company car, pension, and health care, plus an iPhone, laptop and fuel card, 25 days holiday and bank holidays off too.
