BMS Estimator

Location: North West

£35,000 - £45,000 plus company car/car allowance, mileage allowance, mobile phone, attendance bonus scheme, pension scheme, private healthcare, death in service, salary sacrifice scheme and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days

We are one of the UK’s leading specialists in the Design, Manufacture, and Installation of Building Management Systems. We have been established for over 30 years and deal with some of the leading manufacturers.

Due to planned growth, we are looking for an additional BMS Estimator to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Confidently liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Evaluate enquiries and accurately calculate labour and material costs.
• Customer quotations.
• Managing tenders and all documentation involved.
• Read and interpret project specifications, layout, and schematic drawings.

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Manchester
• Knowledge and experience within BMS (siemens, trend and tridium)
• Commercial astute
• To be able to accurately interpret specification layouts and schematics
