Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Commutable to Dartford

Salary: Approx £55,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a busy building services company based in the South East.

This company run planned and reactive maintenance contracts throughout the South East for commercial clients that include offices, university’s, school’s, theatre as well as other commercial sites

They are looking for an experienced technical Contracts Manager to manager approx. £1.5 million pounds of projects in London and the South East. These projects will have mobile and static engineers that will include air conditioning, commercial heating and electrical.

The right person for this position will have a strong technical building services background, preferably from a mechanical background or multi skilled. They need to have experience dealing with million pound contracts and based in a commutable distance to Dartford but able to commute into London when needed

Requirements

• Strong working background as a technical Contracts Manager
• Experienced in commercial building services maintenance
• Based in a commutable distance to Dartford
• Managed small and large maintenance contracts
• Excellent management skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Technical experience is required
