Position: Air Conditioning Sales and Projects Manager

Salary: From £50,000 to £60,000 plus car and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Manager with the Air Conditioning Industry

This position will be working with an outstanding team of air conditioning and refrigeration professionals who have a long standing technical background in the industry.

This position is perfect for a talented air conditioning professional with a strong background in selling installation projects and following them through to completion. They need to be able to follow and produce sales leads, assisting clients technically with design and product ideas, providing quotations and closing the deal. We then want this person to be the face of the project. They need to make sure that the project is running on time and to budget as well as insuring that the engineers are happy and have everything they need.

The main client base at the moment is commercial and small industrial, this will include multi million pound pharmaceutical clients to small offices

The right person for this position will be passionate about the industry and have a proven track record in dealing with new business and running projects

Requirements

• Strong technical air conditioning knowledge


• Refrigeration knowledge would be a bonus but not essential


• Able to adjust design when needed


• Strong project manager experience


• Excellent sales skills


• Full UK driving licence


• Very client focused


• Happy working office and field based


• Based in a commutable distance to Cambridge
