Position: Installation Assistant

Location: Northamptonshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £23,000 to £29,000 per hour subject to experience level

Package: Overtime, travel time etc

We are looking for an installation assistant to join a busy installation team based out of Northampton.

This position will be working along side mechanical installation engineers that are working within commercial sites dealing with refurbishments or new build projects.

The position will include: Assisting on two man jobs, organising and collecting materials, assisting installations, loading and unloading the van, using hand tools, dealing directly with the clients or project managers as well as other duties

The right person for this position will have either on site experience (construction, commercial or domestic refurbishments or maintenance) or experience working with hand tools. It would be a bonus if they have either some electrical or mechanical experience which could include; electrical trainee, plumbing, carpentry or even mechanic. It is essential that this person hold a current UK driving licence.

Requirements

• On site installation or maintenance experience


• Mechanical or electrical experience would be a bonus.


• Must hold a full UK driving licence.


• Based in a short commute to Northampton.


• CSCS card would be an advantage.


• Any knowledge of refrigeration or air conditioning would be an advantage.


• Must have good communication skills.

Package

• Basic salary will be based on experience level


• Travel time will be paid from leaving the office
