Position: M&E Estimator

Location: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £55,000 

We are looking for an experienced Estimator within the Commercial Building Services Industry

This position will be working for a very well established building services company dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites across the South East. 

This position will involve carrying out M&E PPM cost Estimation and pricing and contract variations. Completing and submitting proposal and tender returns ensuring that they are done at the highest level

This is a remote based position; however they will be expected to attend head office one day a week

Requirements

" Proven track record dealing with M&E Estimating

" Good knowledge of planned and reactive commercial works

" Able to create tenders and proposals

" Good understanding of commercial maintenance requirements

" Good team player

" Happy to attend the office one day a week

" Experience in working on projects from £3K to £500K
