I am currently looking for an Design & Estimating Engineer to join our dynamic team. We provide bespoke Fire, Security and IT solutions from design to installation and support. Our objective is to provide, a safe and secure service across all major market sectors.

The Role:

• Design & cost complex fire, life safety, electronic security systems and network infrastructure
• Reviewing client/tender specification documents and drawings
• Costing and drafting proposal documents
• Working closely with various departments, clients, consultants, suppliers and colleagues
• Meeting deadlines and making sure projects are designed and costed correctly
• Ability to manage own diary and time effectively
• Any other duties as necessary in the role

Skills and requirements:

• Previous demonstrable experience with fire, security or network infrastructure products and systems and their features
• Fire & Security knowledge essential
• Experience of reading and publishing specifications and technical drawings
• Professional, focused and driven
• Strong individual with positive outlook
• PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD beneficial
• Problem solver who can generate ideas and solutions
• Determined approach
• Full UK driving license
