Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: Central Cardiff

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £38,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a multi story site in Cardiff.

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout this multi story site that will include alarms, sprinkler systems, legionella checks, fan coil maintenance, plant room maintenance, basic plumbing emergency lighting as well as other on site maintenance

The right person for this position will already have a strong building services background. They must be able to deal with mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as all of the on site compliance.

This is a static site so there will not be a company vehicle, however there is parking if needed.

Requirements

• Strong working background in building services maintenance
• Strong on the electrical and mechanical side
• Driving licence is not required
• Must have a level 2 qualification within maintenance (mechanical or electrical)
• Strong knowledge of compliance and health and safety

Package

• Basic salary subject to experience level

• Out of hours overtime is available if wanted
• 22 days holiday increasing yearly
