Position: Static HVAC Engineer
Location: Central Manchester
Duration: Permanent
Salary: up to £38,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer for a large static site in the centre of Manchester
This position will be dealing with all of the planned and reactive HVAC needs for this site as well as dealing with some building services maintenance
The right person for this position will have a strong HVAC background, they need to be fgas qualified and are able to work in splits, vrv’s and vrf’s.
They also must be happy to do some general building services maintenance if needed.
As this is a static site, there will be no company vehicle.
Requirements
- Strong working background in HVAC
- Fgas Cat 1
- Driving licence is not required
- Some building services maintenance experience is preferred
- Must have strong plant room knowledge
- Need to be able to complete a DBS check
Package
