Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Office Based
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Pension and Death in Service
Monday – Friday : 9.00am-5.00pm

Job Purpose Summary:
To act as the Technical Manager for AV installations, installing a variety of AV and video conferencing solutions across the UK and Europe. The Technical Manager must have a significant understanding of AV solutions and will be responsible for the supervision and management of a team of Technical Engineers with projects being completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision and management of our Technical Team
- Dealing with HR related issues such as holidays, absence performance reviews, recruitment etc
- Ensure installations are carried out and completed in a timely manner.
- Supervise the Installation of LED screens, speaker systems and a variety of other products systems.
- Provide feedback on project progress to the Project Manager.
- Maintain positive relationships when dealing with clients.
- Maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Audio Visual experience – Essential
- Experience of supervising and managing a Team
- Previous experience of running multiple projects
- A good understanding of Audio Visual and Video Conference systems.
- Experience working with various AV systems ie D&B, Acoustics, Yamaha, Digico and Allen & Heath
- Understanding of IT networks.
- Full UK Driving License as there is an element of travel.
