Position: Static Building Maintenance Engineer/  Fabric Technician

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Salary: Between £30,000 and £34,000 subject to experience level

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Engineer/ Fabric Technician for a full time permanent position on a large static site in Bicester

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on this large commercial site which will include:

Carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, floor tiles, locks, plastering, water testing, alarm checks etc.

The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial maintenance background preferably holding a level 2 building services qualification (plumbing, carpentry, electrical or mechanical)

This is a static site so there will not be company vehicle.

Due to the nature of the site all engineers will be put on a weekend rota and will be able to claim time back in lieu.

Requirements

• Strong working background with commercial building services maintenance
• Based in a commutable distance to Bicester
• Level 2 building services qualification
• Driving licence is not needed, but parking is available
• Happy to join a weekend rota (one week in six)
• Good team player

Package

• Basic salary will be subject to experience level
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
