Position: Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Berkley Square, London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position based on a site in Berkley Square.
This position will be working alongside an experienced mechanical engineer, gas engineer and general maintenance engineer to cover this site plus some others on adjacent streets on Berkley Square.
These sites are mainly commercial offices and high end retail with a small number of attached high end residential
The right person for this position will already experienced in commercial electrical maintenance. They need to be electrically qualified with at least 17th Edition, Test and Inspect would be an advantage but not essential. It would be an added bonus if this engineer was multi skilled and able to do AHU maintenance and Pumps, but again this would just be a bonus and not essential.
Requirements
- Strong working background in Commercial Electrical Maintenance
- Must have at least 17th edition.
- Test and Inspect would be an advantage
- Based in a commutable distance to Berkley Square, London
- Good team player
- Being multi skilled would be an advantage but not essential.
