AV Business Development Manager

The Company:
A manufacturer of versatile pro audio systems, also offering AV equipment rental to the live production market.
We are now looking for Business Development Manager to focus on the sale of AV equipment including lighting, audio systems, LED screens and trussing.
The Role:
To generate new business opportunities by liaising with rental houses, integrators and venues to generate revenue through the sale of various AV products.
Key duties include:
- Confidently utilising cold outreach and innovative sales tactics to generate new business.
- Provide product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and quality of your product portfolio to prospective clients.
- Management of any new accounts onboarded by yourself to maximise revenue.
- Attending networking events, establishing relationships with prospective clients and spreading brand awareness.
- Travelling to client’s offices and warehouses to build strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to compile target lists of new prospects.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- Knowledge of audio, lighting and video equipment.
- Full UK Driving License
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the AV sector.
In return:
If successful, you will be rewarded with an annual salary of £50,000 - £70,000, per annum along with 20 days annual leave, bank holidays and a competitive car allowance.
