The Company:

A creative technical event production company specialising in creating memorable corporate events, experiential events and product launches that provide their clients with unforgettable experiences.

We are now looking for a Head of Venues to join the team to take leadership within the process of sourcing venues and manging venue relations.

Position Overview:

You will be managing the venue team along with taking full responsibility for establishing and maintaining connections with potential venues that could act as a great addition to your venue portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Managerial duties including absence management, probation reviews, disciplinaries along with planning and guiding the venue team to ensure goals are being achieved efficiently.

-          Researching potential venues that could be utilised for events.

-          Business development and cold outreach.

-          Taking responsibility for budgets and negotiating with venues to ensure the best deal is achieved.

-          Account management of the full venue portfolio across the UK.

Requirements:

-          Previous experience within venue sourcing or production management with a strong network of UK venues.

-          Confident presenter with the ability to pitch in front of clients.

-          Full UK Driving Licence

-          A good understanding of staging and AV equipment

Package:

-          Salary between £45,000 - £50,000
