Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager – Events and Media
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Office Based – 2 days working from home
Monday – Friday : 9.00am-5.30pm

The Company:

Job Purpose Summary:
To act as the Senior Technical Project Manager working on a variety of Video, Media and Digital projects across the UK and Globally. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for projects which can range in complexity from virtual meetings, exhibition stands with delegate interaction involving detailed technical set ups, through to large scale congresses with multiple internal meetings with keypads/voting systems etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of projects – ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop client brief, guiding through achievability’s
- Attending site visits, producing risk assessments, floor plans, method statements, budgets and technical specs – right through to managing technical delivery of project.
- Management of third parties – managing suppliers deliver and management of crews onsite.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Significant technical AV and project management experience from brief to delivery gained within a similar events agency, and from a variety of events – live, virtual, media and web related.
- Significant experience of event related AV, technical and virtual meeting kit and software such as Watchout, polling/keypads etc.
- Experience of producing floorplans and other technical related schematics
- Experience of managing clients, event related suppliers, freelancers and other third parties
- Client facing – able to build and maintain relationships.
- Previous experience of running multiple projects
- Full UK Driving License and Valid Passport as there will be travel globally.
