Position: Static Electrical bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Reading, RG7

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £42,000 to £43,000

We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a large static site in the Reading area.

This position will be covering 8 large buildings as well as a couple of smaller building including a canteen on this large commercial site.

Even though this is a static site, there will be a company vehicle to transport items around the site.

The right person for this position will already come from a strong commercial building services background with a bias to electrical. They need to be level 3 electrically qualified with 17th or 18th Edition. This engineer will need to conduct mechanical tasks that include ahu maintenance, plant room maintenance and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong working background in Building Services Maintenance
• Must be electrical qualified with level 3
• 17thor 18thedition
• Test and inspect would be an advantage.
• Driving licence is preferred.
• Based in or around the Reading area.

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
• No on call
• Out of hours overtime available
