Commercial & Specification Sales Manager

Location: Central Mid West

£37,000 - £40,000 plus commission, car allowance, fuel card, life assurance, medical insurance, mobile phone, laptop, pension and 28 days holidays inclusive of statutory days

We are a leading company in the design and manufacture of water treatment products for the building services industry.

Due to expansion,we are looking for a Commercial & Specification Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• To visit Building Design Consultants to build effective working relationships and design with the Consultant the Water Treatment required on commercial builds over the UK
• Carry out water treatment CPD's at consultant sites
• To visit Building Mechanical Contractors to build effective working relationships and sell our products
• Visit Merchants to build effective working relationships and sell our products
• Support the sales team/company in updating the regions relevant projects and accounts on the CRM
• To attend and identify any training needs and request assistance when required

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• Good science-basededucation and or training
• Full UK driving licence
• Some experience in managing a successful area within a CRM framework
• A successful track record in sales (ideally at least 4 years)
• Have an interest in water treatment and design
• Be technically astute
• Ideally based around Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire
