BMS Supervisor

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance, Mileage, Credit Card, Fuel Card, 25 days holiday, overtime, travel time, career progression + more.

My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Supervisor to join their team.

As a BMS Supervisor, you will be tasked with overlooking and managing a team of engineers to make sure that work is completed to a high standard and within time and budget constraints.

The Role:

• Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead a dedicated team in conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to BMS functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS into overall facility systems.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and implement best practices for enhanced BMS efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to BMS technicians.

The Person:

• Proven experience with BMS and Networks is a necessity.
• In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems and HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
