Job Purpose Summary:

The AV Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Systems Integration projects.The position of AV Project Manager is based in the Delivery Department and reports to the Head of Systems Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are completed in a timely, efficient manner to our clients' satisfaction and in compliance with all contract requirements.



• Take full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations for multiple projects simultaneously



• To review and engage comprehensively with SOWs and all design documentation to ensure a thorough understanding of the project and to mitigate unnecessary back-and-forth with Business Development Managers (Sales) and Design when onsite.



• To raise queries or propose better approaches as early as possible as part of the documentation review to ensure changes or amends to system design can be carried out in good time.



• To lead a Project Kick-off meeting with Sales, Operations / Logistics, Design, Engineers, and Programmers as required in order to brief and co-ordinate all parties.
