Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: Cambridgeshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £36,000 to £38,000 plus travel time (this may be negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position in the Cambridgeshire area.

This position will be working for a well established building services company that have a presence all over the UK.

This engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites. This will include plant rooms, electrical, basic plumbing, ahu's, fan coils, water temperature checks, legionella testing as well as other duties.

This is a regional role; however, this engineer may be asked to support an engineer a little further afield.

Requirements:

• Strong background as a commercial building services engineer
• Based in or around Cambridgeshire
• Must hold a level 2 building services qualification.
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Must be happy to join the on call.
