Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: Waddington, Surrey

Duration: Permanent 4-day week. Mon, Tues, Thursday & Friday. 7am – 4pm

Salary: £30,000 based on a four-day week (32hours)

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Static Building Services Maintenance Engineer for a 4 day a week permanent position based on a large static site in Waddington.

This position will be working for a well-established building services company that have a presence all over the UK.

Candidate Duties:

This engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites. This will include plant rooms, electrical, basic plumbing, AHU’s, fan coils, water temperature checks, legionella testing as well as other duties.

The right person for this position will already have a good background in building services maintenance.

They do not need a mechanical or electrical qualification, but it would be preferred if this person has a level 2 in either plumbing, carpentry or maybe level 2 electrical.

Requirements:

• Background as a commercial building services engineer.
• Based in or around the Waddington area.
• Preferred if this person had some form of level 2 qualification.
• Happy to work a four-day week.
• Able to do water testing, AHU maintenance etc.
