Position: HVAC Projects Estimator

Location: Dartford

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £60,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join an existing projects team based in Dartford.

This position will be working for a very well established Building Services Company with a strong standing in the Industry.

This company deal with M&E Projects ranging from a value of £3K up to £5million.

The right person for this position will have worked on Building Services Mechanical Projects that include air conditioning, ventilation and heating. Have a multi skilled background would be an advantage. They will need to have worked on Mechanical Projects up to £5 million

We need this person to have experience in gathering contract details, drawings, specifications as well as on site attendance. We also need to person to create a good sub contractor and supply chain

Requirements

• Strong background in HVAC Project Estimation
• Must be based in a commutable distance to Dartford
• Experience working on Multi Million Pound Estimates
• Dealt with estimating for air conditioning, ventilation and heating
• Experience on electrical installations as an extra would be a major advantage
• Full UK driving licence is preferred
• Very client focused
