Position: Commercial Building Maintenance Technician

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £30,000 to £38,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer and a Maintenance Technician for a permanent position covering the Centre of Birmingham

These positions will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on large office sites all based in the centre of Birmingham.

We require one of these people to be an experienced building services engineer with either a mechanical or electrical qualification dealing with plant room maintenance, emergency lighting, ahu maintenance, legionella testing, hot and cold water testing and compliance

The other person will be more of a fabric technician dealing with carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing etc.

Due to the nature of these sites we do not require a driving licence as each site is in a walkable distance to each other

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial maintenance
• Based in a very short commute to the centre of Birmingham
• Either a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification or a level 2 in carpentry, plumbing or decorating
• A driving licence is not required
• Happy to cover multiple buildings
• Good flexible working attitude

Package

• Basic salary will be subject to skill level
