My client is looking for a self-motived individual with a passion for Technology. You will be required to support customers within the Transport and Haulage industry. You will be required to answer customer calls and provide technical support to clients.
The Role- Provide technical assistance to all clients
- Conduct routine technical assistance and perform maintenance tasks
- Help customers download footage from camera systems.
- Address customer inquiries and requests via email and phone
- Demonstrate ability to use own initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
