Position: Head of Passive Fire

Location: Risley, Derbyshire

Position: Permanent

Salary: From £55,000 to £70,000 subject to experience level.

We are looking for someone to head up the Passive Fire Department within a well-established company with a national presence in the Fire Protection Industry.

This Senior position will entail managing the profit and loss of the department, mentoring and overseeing a team of Passive Fire Engineers. This person will be responsible for all projects within the department, making sure they are all completed on time and within the budget.

The perfect person for this role will have a strong understanding and working experience of Passive Fire, including project management, regulations, man management, profit and loss all at a senior or management level.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the passive fire division



• Experience managing profit and loss



• Understands compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice



• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to the team



• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
