Job Title: BMS Project Manager
Location: London & South East
Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)

My client has a wide and varied customer base and an ever-expanding workload and can offer the opportunity to work on some prestigious engineering projects for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Project Management: Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
- System Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS (Building Management Systems), ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS or HVAC industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of BMS technologies, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
