Salary: £47,600 - £71,600
Base Location: London and Southeast England

Summary
As part of my client’s growth plans, they are looking to increase their BMS (Building Management Systems) Projects team and require a BMS Project Manager to work across London and the Southeast. They are seeking exceptional individuals who can bring big ideas, new skills, and innovative thinking to help them build a more sustainable world for you, your family, and the community you live in.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project conception to completion across multiple projects in varying sectors, including Commercial, Datacentres, and Healthcare.
System Implementation: Perform job start-up, checkout, and troubleshooting for systems and service-installed jobs.
Supervision: Perform all tasks under the supervision of the Contracts Manager/Projects Business Manager.
Financial Management: Provide full financial statistics on all projects assigned to you.
Requirements:
Experience: Extensive experience operating as either a Project Manager or Project Engineer within the BMS & Controls industries, with technical understanding of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
Track Record: Proven track record of successful project management, delivering against objectives and within budget.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and report writing are essential to maintain strong relationships with all team members and customers.
Leadership: Experience in managing and motivating people, setting objectives, and inspiring others to achieve success.
Travel: Due to continuous travel to sites, a driving licence is required.
