Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 doe

Overview

Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Fire and Security Field Engineer with a focus on security systems. This role offers a competitive salary, incentive-based schemes, and company pension, and provides an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain security systems at various sites, including HMP establishments and MOD sites
• Commission IP analogue systems and ensure they meet industry standards, such as SSAIB and BAFE
• Utilize expertise in security systems to provide high-quality solutions for our clients
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure efficient and effective project completion
• Obtain and maintain necessary security clearances, including enhanced DBS checks

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in fire and security, with a focus on security systems
• Demonstrated expertise in a multiskilled role, encompassing both technical and practical knowledge
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including SSAIB and BAFE certifications
• Ability to work in sensitive environments, such as HMP establishments and MOD sites
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism

Day-to-Day

• Travel to various client sites to install, service, and maintain security systems
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions
• Commission and test IP analogue systems to ensure they meet industry standards
• Uphold company values and adhere to strict security protocols when working in sensitive environments
• Communicate effectively with the project team and clients to ensure successful project completion
