Position: M&E Contract Manager

Location: Wiltshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £47,000 plus a £7K car allowance

We are looking for an experienced M&E Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position based in the Wiltshire area

This position will a large planned and reactive maintenance contract that covers the whole of Wiltshire. They will be dealing with clients that include Schools, Library's, Leisure and Offices.

They will have to manage the clients, engineers, coordinator, sub contractors and suppliers for this contract.

The right person for this position will already have a strong management background in commercial building services maintenance. We would prefer this person to have come from a technical background, but it is not essential.

They need to be happy spending time in the office supporting the administrators as well as being in the field supporting the engineers and clients

We do require this person to have a very strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance

Requirements

• Strong working background in building services maintenance
• Technical knowledge would be preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have a good knowledge of M&E Maintenance
• Based in the Wiltshire area
• Strong health and safety knowledge
