Fire and Security Engineer

Location: Coventry/Nottingham

Salary: £37,500 

Overview

We are a family-owned company specializing in residential and commercial projects, providing high-quality security solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a Service and Install Engineer to join our team in Coventry and Nottingham. Responsibilities

• Install and service intruder alarms for residential and commercial properties
• Work on commissioning and maintaining security systems such as Notifier, Kentec, Morley, Hikvision, Dahua, Galaxy, Pyronix, and Paxton
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and according to company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with industry advancements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the installation and servicing of security systems
• Knowledge of Notifier, Kentec, Morley, Hikvision, Dahua, Galaxy, Pyronix, and Paxton systems
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Day-to-Day

• Travel to client locations in Coventry and Nottingham to install and service security systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
• Participate in ongoing product and technical training to enhance skills and knowledge
