Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team in South Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in security engineering, installation, and commissioning of various systems.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of security systems such as Galaxy, Paxton, Texecom, Gallager, PAC, and other relevant systems
• Providing high-quality service and maintenance of fire and security systems
• Conducting preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with clients to understand their security needs and providing effective solutions
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security engineer with expertise in installing and commissioning security systems
• Familiarity with a range of security systems including Galaxy, Paxton, Texecom, Gallager, and PAC
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving license

Day-to-day

• Installing and commissioning security systems at client sites
• Providing service and maintenance for fire and security systems
• Collaborating with clients to understand their security needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly
