Position: Service Manager

Location: Dartford

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £58,000 to £65,000 plus car/ allowance and annual bonus

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join as prestigious engineering company with a global presence.

This Service Manager will be running a team of specialised Refrigeration, HVAC and Chiller Engineers as well as the sales team and administrators. They will also be supporting clients, contract management in reference to new and existing contracts, recruitment, surveys, etc

The right person for his position would preferably be come from a refrigeration or air conditioning background and already have a number of years of man management experience. It would be an advantage if they could be able to give technical support to the clients and engineers, however this is not 100% essential.

We do need this person to have excellent management skills that would be designed to motivate and engage other team members as well as providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Service Manager
• Technical experience within refrigeration or air conditioning would be an advantage
• Technical knowledge of industrial compressors would be a major advantage
• Must be in a commutable distance to Dartford
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have excellent man management skills
• Experience in running and supporting a large team
