Position: Video Business Development Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + phone + laptop

The Company:

A manufacturer of versatile pro audio systems, also offering AV equipment rental to the live production market.

We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager within the AV rental sector to join the team, focusing on the rental of LED screens and projectors.

The Role:

The primary objective of this role is to generate new business opportunities by liaising with rental houses, production companies and venues to generate revenue through the rental of LED screens and projectors.

Key Duties:

• Develop sales strategies and out of the box methods of generating new business.
• Provide product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and quality of your product portfolio.
• Work in a target-driven environment ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Attend networking events, cold calling, cold outreach, utilising your own network and opening new doors.
• Organise and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.

Essential Qualities and Skills:

• Good all-round knowledge of LED screens and projection.
• Proven sales experience within the ProAV sector.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

• 1+ years' sales experience within an AV rental company or similar.
• A network of strong relationships with event organisers and production companies.

In return:

If successful, you will be rewarded with an annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000, per annum along with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
