BMS Project Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 base.

Location: Midlands

Role Overview

Due to growth plans, my client is looking to expand their team with a BMS Project Engineer to work across London and Southeast England. They seek exceptional individuals who bring innovative ideas, new skills, and a commitment to building a sustainable and inclusive world for everyone.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project inception to completion.
• Understand and ensure compliance with contract conditions and requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project labor requirements, providing guidance to contractors.
• Monitor and record project progress and deliverables according to the project program.

Technical Duties:

Perform job start-up, system checkout, and troubleshooting for systems and service-installed jobs.

Requirements

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the BEMS & Building Controls industries within the UK.
• Technical proficiency with Siemens, Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.

Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in commercial management in the specified industries.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Professional demeanour dedicated to meeting customer expectations.
