BMS Project Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 base.
Location: Midlands

Role Overview
Due to growth plans, my client is looking to expand their team with a BMS Project Engineer to work across London and Southeast England. They seek exceptional individuals who bring innovative ideas, new skills, and a commitment to building a sustainable and inclusive world for everyone.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project inception to completion.
- Understand and ensure compliance with contract conditions and requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project labor requirements, providing guidance to contractors.
- Monitor and record project progress and deliverables according to the project program.
Technical Duties:
Perform job start-up, system checkout, and troubleshooting for systems and service-installed jobs.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the BEMS & Building Controls industries within the UK.
- Technical proficiency with Siemens, Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.
Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in commercial management in the specified industries.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Professional demeanour dedicated to meeting customer expectations.
