Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Salar: From £36,000 to £38,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position based on a large static site in Sunderland.

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of one main building in a group of buildings on the same campus. The engineer will be dealing with emergency lighting, ahu's & fan coil maintenance, alarm testing, sprinkler testing, hot and cold water testing, flushing, electrical maintenance

The right person for this position will already have a strong building services background. They need to be multi skilled to deal with planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance. We do require this engineer to be holding at least the 17th or 18th Edition. Any other qualifications would be a bonus

Due to this being a static site, there will be no company vehicle

Requirements

• Strong background as a commercial maintenance engineer
• Based in a commutable distance to Sunderland
• Must have 17thor 18thEdition
• Additional qualifications such as fgaswould be an advantage
• Must be able to do mechanical and electrical building maintenance
