Plant Fitter / Supervisor
Finmere – Buckinghamshire
£40,000 - £55,000 DOE
+ 33 days holidays including bank holidays, pension scheme, company car + fuel card health benefits cashback plan, paid overtime, all tools and equipment provided and subsistence allowance (if working away from home)
We are specialist providers for multimillion £ turnkey solutions, Quarrying, Aggregates, Groundworks, Large Scale Groundworks and Road Construction.
We are involved in interesting projects such as 3 sections of the HS2 rail link and A5 expansion in Northern Ireland, in addition to multimillion £ turnkey quarrying projects. New diverse and challenging projects are coming in the work pipeline, and we need an experienced Mechanical Fitter who has experience working on heavy plant equipment such as Screeners, Crusher & Tele-sackers to assist with the maintenance of the equipment on site as well as partaking in supervisor duties.
As a Plant Fitter / Supervisor you will be working alongside the site supervisor and ensuring all equipment is running smoothly and effectively.

Skills & Responsibilities
- Mechanical experience working on heavy plant equipment such as Crushers, Screeners, Telestackers, Excavators or other similar quarry plant machines.
- Daily maintenance of machines such as fixing components such as bearings, belts, bolts etc
- Servicing engines of Crusher, Screeners, Telestackers etc
- Overseeing and supervising the general running and production of the equipment
- City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering / Plant Equipment is desirable

In return, my client is willing to pay a healthy annual salary of up to £55,000 basic, plus 33 days holidays including bank holidays, pension scheme, company car, fuel card, health benefits cashback-based plan, paid overtime, all tools and equipment provided and subsistence allowance (if working away from home).
