Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: High Wycombe
Benefits: £45,000 - £60,000 basic, 25 + BH, iPhone, Ford Ranger, Laptop.
I am working on the behalf of a client who have become a major player over the last decade in the air conditioning market, going from strength to strength each year – becoming one of the leading innovators within the HVAC sector, specialising within the retail sector – but will look at all projects.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in High Wycombe, specializing in air conditioning systems such as VRV and splits. If you have a strong background in managing HVAC projects in the retail sector and a passion for delivering excellence, this role could be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales enquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Conduct site surveys, ensuring accurate assessments for project proposals.
- Design and prepare detailed proposals and quotes for a variety of air conditioning systems.
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Attend and contribute to site meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Take charge of programming and planning to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Lead weekly meetings, driving project progress and resolving challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in air conditioning systems, specifically VRV and splits.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to handle customer enquiries and manage site surveys.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating between various teams and stakeholders.
