Overview


We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CCTV sales and video surveillance, with a focus on business development and driving sales of premium products. Responsibilities



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the South East region, focusing on CCTV sales and video surveillance products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with end-users and consultants to drive specification sales of premium products
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and partners to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications



  • Proven experience in business development within the CCTV sales and video surveillance industry
  • Strong understanding of premium products and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the South East region's market and industry trends

Day-to-day



  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products
  • Research and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients
