BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 (DOE) + Company Car or Car Allowance, Mileage, Credit Card, Fuel Card, 31 days holiday, overtime, travel time + more.

We are working with a leading BMS & HVAC specialist who are looking for a BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer. This is an opportunity for any BMS professionals or mechanical plant engineers to take the next step with a BMS role with training provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the correct candidate to progress within the BMS sector, working with a recognised Trend Controls partner that is expanding across the North of the UK due to growth and exciting projects on the horizon.

You will receive further training that will feature a high calibre of internal and external training, both on and off site. However, please be aware strong mechanical plant or BMS experience will be necessary.

The Role:

• Installation and renewal of BMS systems as well as mechanical and electrical systems and plant.
• Participate in the pre-commissioning and PPMS of BMS and BEMS systems.
• Control panel modifications (mainly on Trend) however other systems may be worked on, with training provided on these.
• Site visits and final reports.

The Person:

• Have a strong BMS or HVAC, mechanical or electrical background experience.
• Full UK drivers’ licence
• CSCS card.
• Great communication skills with emphasis on dealing with a variety of different clients.
• Any further mechanical, electrical or BMS systems qualifications would be desirable.
