Regional Sales Manager

Salary - £65,000

The company is looking for a flexible and dynamic sales professional who has managerial experience who will provide guidance to four external sales professionals and look to potentially grow the sales team in the future. However, in the immediate future it will be a case of ensuring that each individual sales rep achieves their KPI’s and naturally contributes to the growth of the site which has a turnover of around £10,000,000 - £15,000,000

Your role also, includes dealing with new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, services prospection, negotiation, and commercial follow up of UK customers and branching out further afield acting in the markets targeted by the organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 6 years+ experience in packaging, which includes all disciplines, but preferably corrugated.
• Agree and implement business plans for the site with the sales director.
• Must be able to provide guidance to four sales professionals and help them with their personal development.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Have a sense of business relationships and customer service.
• High interest in the technical dimension of the products
• Any experience in Packaging or related industry will be considered
