Responsibilities

• Conducting internal sales activities to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Utilizing sales techniques to promote our fire products and services
• Collaborating with the external sales team to coordinate sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of fire safety products and regulations is a plus

Day-to-day

As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients via phone and email to promote our fire products and services. You will work closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide exceptional customer service to address client needs.
