Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias for a full time, permanent position on a static site in Banbury.
This engineer will be working in a small team, dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout this commercial site.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance, we do require them to be electrical bias holding at least their 18th Edition, City and Guilds level 3 would be an advantage
This is a static site, a company vehicle will not be provided
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Based in a short commute to Banbury
- Electrical level 3 qualification would be a bonus
- Must have 18th Edition
- 2391 would be a desirable but not essential
- Happy working in a small team
- Experience and knowledge of older buildings will be an advantage
- Good customer service skills
Package
- Excellent basic salary
