Position: Bid Writer

Location: Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire

Salary: up to £40,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer with a working knowledge of the FM industry.

This position will be a hybrid position working for an established building services company that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites throughout the UK.

This role will be working very closely with the sales and estimating teams, supporting them with past and future projects as well as producing accurate proposals and bids.

The right person for this position will already have experience within the FM industry as a bid writer, producing proposals for hard services maintenance contracts.

Due to the nature of this position, we can have this role working almost completely remotely, however, they will be a request for this person to attend the office at least two days a month.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Bid Writer
• At least one year’s experience as a bid writer dealing with maintenance contracts
• Must have experience within the FM industry
• Happy to work remotely 90% of the time
• Willing to attend head office a couple of times a month
• Experience in working closely with sales teams
